Summary

In May 2024, Ailsa prepared the Crieff Capital Projects Alignment Plan (CCPAP) on behalf of the newly formed Crieff Town Team. The document responded to requests from the Scottish Government and Perth & Kinross Council for a clear “Vision for Crieff”. It was created as a strategic addendum to the town’s existing Community Action Plan, focusing on land use and development priorities.

The CCPAP pulled together ten ambitious capital projects led by different Crieff groups, showing how they aligned with each other as well as with local, regional and national priorities.

DIFFERENCE MADE  

The plan demonstrated strong collaboration between community groups, helped frame Crieff as a town with a shared vision, and provided a coordinated platform for future funding bids. It addressed a critical gap in the town’s strategy and gave external stakeholders a clear view of Crieff’s regeneration goals.
